It contains pure Australian active 20+ honey and was tested by an independent testing laboratory. 

Each bottle contains

• Olive leaf extract

• Active 20+ Honey

• Aloe vera extract

• Propolis

• Xylitol

• Peppermint Oil

• For all ages, Shake before use spray 1-2 times directly into your mouth.
